WARRANTY:
Anda Seat promises to repair or replace any Anda Seat product or component that Anda Seat finds to be defective in material or workmanship within six (6) years, and a Lifetime warranty on the steel frame of our chairs.
Parts under the warranty include and not limited to:
Backrest
Chair mechanism
Five-star base
Caster wheel
Gas lift piston
Seat base with armrests
This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:

Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
Warranty does not cover leather, PVC or other surface materials.
Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Anda Seat.
Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
Damage inflicted against the chair
Products used for rental or commercial purposes.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANDA SEAT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS or IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANDA SEAT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL or INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
